How to Manifest with Aphantasia

Many people think you absolutely need to visualize to manifest, but that’s not true.

If you’re someone who has trouble visualizing, or if you have aphantasia — you can still manifest anything you desire. You don’t have to let it limit you.

Right now, I’m going to show you a few simple ways to manifest even if you can’t visualize.

How Manifestation Works

Before I show you a few manifestation techniques that don’t involve seeing images in your mind, I think it’s important to understand the basics of how manifestation actually works.

Manifestation is not just about images or sounds in your mind. It’s about changing the way YOU feel.

If you feel unloved, you have to shift into the state of feeling loved.
If you feel unhealthy, you have to feel healthy.
If you need money, you must feel as if you already have it… and so on.

Techniques are just the vehicle that takes you somewhere. And that “somewhere” is the state of already being the person you want to be, already having the things you want, and already doing what you would do if it were true.

It’s really that simple: feel that you already are who you want to be and stay in that state until it solidifies in your physical reality.

Now that you understand this, you can see why visualization is not absolutely necessary to manifest. It’s just one of many techniques that you can use.

Now, to the techniques.

Technique #1: Manifestation Journal

 

This is a great technique for people with aphantasia — especially if you enjoy writing!

First, get a notebook. I recommend starting with a brand-new one because it’s satisfying to see your progress as you fill it up.

Each day, use two pages:

1- On the first page, write down everything you’re grateful for. Make sure you are honest when you write, it can be anything, big or small.

Everyone can find something they’re grateful for. Maybe it’s something you own, maybe it’s something good that happened today…

For example, if you’re grateful for your cellphone, write:

“I am grateful for my cellphone. I can do so many things with it. Thank you.”

Fill the whole page with things you’re truly grateful for.

2- On the second page, write what you want to manifest — but write it as if it already happened.

For example, if you want to manifest a new car, you could write:

“I am very grateful for my new car. I love its beautiful, bright red color. I love the way it smells. I love how fast it is. Thank you so much.”

You can even go further and write the story of how it happened:

“I remember when I got my beautiful new car. It was a wonderful day, the weather was fantastic. I got up feeling good, but little did I know what was coming. I did my usual things for the day, then noticed a letter in my mailbox… I opened it and couldn’t believe what I read…
I GOT THE CAR I WISHED SO MUCH FOR!”

This is just an example — the goal is to put yourself in a mood of gratitude for what you already have, and then use that same mood to imagine the things you want as if they already happened.

Get completely lost in the story and in the feelings of gratitude!
Do this every night before sleep, and you’ll manifest anything you want.

You can write as many things as you want, there are no limits 🙂
It’s a really powerful technique — and no visualization needed at all.

Technique #2: Catch the Mood

This is another amazing manifestation technique that anyone can use. No visualization, no writing — just you.

First, be absolutely sure about what you want. Know it with 100% certainty.

Then, find a quiet place where no one will bother you. Lie down, close your eyes, and stop moving so your body can relax.

Once you’re relaxed, ask yourself:

“How would I feel if I had (your desire)?”
“How would I feel if it was true?”

Talk to yourself honestly. Don’t just repeat it — have a real conversation with yourself.

If you ask yourself honestly, you’ll get a feeling — the feeling of your wish fulfilled.

Once you feel it, catch it. Stay with it. Don’t let it go.

How? By enjoying the feeling of already having what you wanted.

Get completely lost in it. Forget everything else.
Feel ONLY that feeling.

Once you do that, you can fall asleep — it’s done.
You just have to let it come into your world. Don’t fight it with opposite feelings and it will come in no time.

Try not to overthink it. Do this as often as you like — every day if needed — until your desire comes or until you feel fully satisfied.

Now that you know how to manifest, even with aphantasia or trouble visualizing, there’s something important to remember:

You can read and learn all you want, but if you don’t use what you learn, nothing will change.

You already have everything you need.
